Data Deletion Instructions: MK Digital Publisher
If you own or manage a Facebook Page or Instagram account that was connected to MK Digital Publisher, you can ask us to delete all data we hold about it.
Step 1: Remove the app's access
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → MK Digital Publisher → Remove
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → MK Digital Publisher → Remove
Step 2: Email us
Send an email to kyle@mkdigitalph.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including:
- your name
- the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account
What happens next
We will confirm we received your request within 3 business days and delete your data within 30 days. We will email you once deletion is complete.
What we delete
Access tokens, account and Page details, scheduled posts not yet published, stored media, and performance data.
Posts already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account stay on those platforms. You can delete them there directly.
