This policy explains what personal information mkdigitalph.com collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
1. What we collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit the project brief form on our site, we collect:

We also generate a random reference ID for each submission so we can match an enquiry to our records. We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or any special-category information through this website.
Information collected when you book a call. Booking a call opens a scheduling window operated by Calendly. The name, email address and meeting time you enter there are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can attend the meeting.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage information — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and how you interact with the page. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
- To schedule and attend meetings you book with us
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To measure the performance of our advertising, including which ads lead to enquiries
- To keep records of our business communications
Our lawful bases are your consent (which you give by submitting the form or accepting cookies) and our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business. You are never required to give us personal information to browse the site.
3. Who processes it for us
We use third-party services that process personal information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

Some of these providers are based outside the Philippines, so your information may be transferred and stored abroad. We only use providers that commit to protecting personal information to a comparable standard.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for two purposes:
- Analytics — to understand how people use the site (Google Analytics)
- Advertising — to measure our ad performance and show relevant ads (Meta Pixel)
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site, though some measurement will be incomplete. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; where a recognised signal is sent, we honour it.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and briefs — up to 3 years from our last contact, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off
- Booking records — up to 3 years
- Analytics and advertising data — according to the retention settings of the platforms listed above, typically 14 months or less
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your information is processed
- Access the information we hold about you
- Object to processing, including for direct marketing
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Erase or block information that is outdated, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary
- Data portability — receive your information in a usable format
- Damages where you have suffered from a violation of your rights
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph)
To exercise any of these, email kyle@mkdigitalph.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity first.
7. Security
We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you, and we rely on the security measures of the providers listed in section 3. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at serious risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required.
8. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
