These terms govern your use of mkdigitalph.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Client work is governed by a separate signed service agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
1. What this site is
mkdigitalph.com presents MK Digital's services, selected work, and ways to get in touch. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services, a quotation, or a guarantee of results. Prices, service descriptions and availability can change without notice.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the project brief form or booking a call does not create a contract between us. It starts a conversation. We may decline any enquiry.
When you contact us you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it — including any company or brand details you enter on someone else's behalf.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful or abusive content through our forms
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems
- Scrape, copy or republish the site's content or images for commercial use without our written permission
We may block access to anyone who does.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including copy, photography, video, the MK Digital name, the MK Digital logo, layout and design — is owned by MK Digital Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Client names and brands shown in our work section remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify projects we have worked on.
You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce, adapt or redistribute its content without our written permission.
5. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services — including Calendly for scheduling, Web3Forms for form delivery, and analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta — and may link to external sites such as our social profiles. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, MK Digital Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
